If you are looking for an excellent new book about antique samplers, I highly recommend 'A Sampling of Hunterdon County Needlework: the motifs, the makers & their stories' by Dan and Marty Campanelli. It is a beautiful book
with wonderful photography and excellent writing. You may order it at www.hunterdonhistory.org .
